For Deep Sleep at Night




 
  • Make your room fully covered before sleep.
  • In your routine life drink atlease  8 cups of Water.
  • Change the habit of watching TV before going to Bed.
  • During summer have a habit of taking bath at night before going to Bed.
  • Switch off your Television , Computer and mobile before going to Bed.
  • Ignore the habit of playing video games before going to sleep.
  • Wear lose clothes- for Men loose trouser, - for Women Night Suits.
  • Have the habit of drinking a cup of Milk.
  • Don't have the habit of  consuming Sleeping Pills.
  • Plan your sleeping time for atleast  6 to 7 hours per day.
  • Early morning have have a cup of water in empty stomach.
  • Don't have the habit of reading books in bed.
  • Listen to a melody songs for 10 mints before sleep.

Glowing face

Honey & Lemon

 


 Lemon & Honey:

 

Take 1 tablespoon of  honey , add 5 drops of fresh lemon juice and then apply on the face. Cover all areas of the face excluding the eye. Rinse it off with clear water after 15 minutes.

This will give you soft, glowing skin in 2 weeks time.
