Make your room fully covered before sleep. - In your routine life drink atlease 8 cups of Water.

- Switch off your Television , Computer and mobile before going to Bed.
- Ignore the habit of playing video games before going to sleep.
- Wear lose clothes- for Men loose trouser, - for Women Night Suits.
- Have the habit of drinking a cup of Milk.
- Don't have the habit of consuming Sleeping Pills.
- Plan your sleeping time for atleast 6 to 7 hours per day.
- Early morning have have a cup of water in empty stomach.
- Don't have the habit of reading books in bed.
- Listen to a melody songs for 10 mints before sleep.
