For Deep Sleep at Night




 
  • Make your room fully covered before sleep.
  • In your routine life drink atlease  8 cups of Water.
  • Change the habit of watching TV before going to Bed.
  • During summer have a habit of taking bath at night before going to Bed.
  • Switch off your Television , Computer and mobile before going to Bed.
  • Ignore the habit of playing video games before going to sleep.
  • Wear lose clothes- for Men loose trouser, - for Women Night Suits.
  • Have the habit of drinking a cup of Milk.
  • Don't have the habit of  consuming Sleeping Pills.
  • Plan your sleeping time for atleast  6 to 7 hours per day.
  • Early morning have have a cup of water in empty stomach.
  • Don't have the habit of reading books in bed.
  • Listen to a melody songs for 10 mints before sleep.
